Having taken its place in the
sector in 1976 , BURSAN established the contemporary
plants on 50.000 m2 area in Manisa Industrial Zone in 1982,
aiming to meet high quality standards and any kind of need in
that field.
Bursan began to manufacture, High
Pressure Seamless Steel Industrial and Medical Gas Cylinders,
High Pressure Gas Valves, Cryogenic Liquid ( O2– N2
– Ar ) Tanks and Pumps, Evaporation Units that enables
liquid gases transfer from liquid to gas phases and Gas Filling
Units, Acetylene Gas Production Facilities, Chlorine Tanks and
Chlorine Cylinders and Fire Extinguishers.
Bursan who has always achieved
the firsts with its production subjects has given the Bursan
Quality Assurance to its products in his modern laboratories,
approved from Turkish Standard Instıtude and took his quality
under assurance with a quality certification by TUV CERT DIN
EN ISO 9001, in 1996, without giving any appeasement of his
quality from the very beginning on.
The quality of Bursan High
Pressure Gas Cylinders, began from the beginning, of the
selection of raw materials, and will continue at every stage of
production, by the tests realised according to the necessary
standards from the qualified BURSAN Quality Department.

BURSAN gas cylinders are
manufactured from high quality special alloyed seamless tubes,
in accordance with TS 11169. We can manufacture cylinders
from the capacity of 0,22 lt. to 66.7 lt. and the pressure of
225 – 250 – 300 – 345 Bar. |

Bottom and neck forms are
manufactured as for FORGING METHOD without welding, at the
heat treatment process they are subjected to normalization,
tempering processes which are realised with automatic
control devices. |

The cylinders are applied to
metalurgical and physical tests at modern Bursan
laboratories, production line is controlled by non-destructive
test processes and products are subjected to fatigue tests,
working under pressure, bursting and deformation tests. |

According to customers demand,
our cylinders are as well sertificated from national or
foreighn independent third party certification body. |

After delivery, cylinders can
be followed by their serial numbers existing on their body.
